How Ishmeet died- Read the real ground story

Ishmeet , 2007 Star Voice of India Champion has died under suspicious circumstances in Maldives, where he went for a event with other participants. Its very shocking and unbelievable for his parents, mentors, admirers and friends.His voice was tremendous and his innocent face expressions while singing has tied many to the seats during the program.He was never controversial and never did any drama Baazi like the other contestants.How can a young kid die so early, how can he leave his singing dreams here and go? So everyone is smelling foul play.But its a hard truth to digest that he died because of accidental drowning which was a consequence of prank. It will be foolish on anyone's part to say it was his negligence or someone killed him.Its an accidental death and a harsh reality which will be difficult for his parents to live with.

The Real Story
Ishmeet Singh has gone to Male, capital of Maldives for an event along with other participants of Star Voice of India.Only the other kids who were at the spot could tell us what happened exactly on the day.I have seen their interview on star so i have decided to update my blog.

According to Vyom (14 year old kid who won the childrens episode)
They reached Maldives on tuesday and had lunch at the Resort. At the lunch table they decided to go for swimming , though none of them knows swimming.So Vyom,Arunima and Ishmeet went to the swimming pool and settled near the shallow area.But soon Ishmeet decided to go towards the deep area , but others hesitated. He joked that he is a"Punjab ka Puttar" .He started a prank with Vyom and started acting as if he drowned . After a while Vyom observed that Ishmeet was not coming out for a long while, so started shouting.Since none of them knows swimming they could nt help him, they tried to throw a tube towards him but in vain.And there were no life-guard staff at that moment.Soon a foreigner enquired about what happened and then he along with a resort official , brought Ishmeet out.They gave him artificial respiration and made him to vomit.Then they took him to a near by hospital in boat.But he died...

When they reached Maldives, Ishmeet said he liked the place he wanted to settle there only and joked "Someone give me a job here!" He was a and humble soul.They tried their level best to help him when he was drowning but since no one knows swimming they could nt help him much.

Though everyone decided to go for swimming she slept in room as she was tired.She woke up only when someone banged her door very hard.It was Arunima , she was shaking and informed what happened at the pool.Later they were told that he died.
